Before purchasing, we advise you to read all our terms and conditions:

• Items maybe returned within 7 days but MUST be in the original condition without any use. (proof of purchase is needed) please "Contact Us" using the link at the bottom of the site before returning ANY products.

• Please read our ‘Bat Care’ Section before buying any bat from our website. We could refund your bat or repair your bat if treated the same as the ‘Bat Care’ section states. This maybe a long process as we would need to speak to the manufacturer. Please "Contact Us" using the link at the bottom of the site if you have any queries or breakages. We cannot guarantee a refund on breakages on any item, but we will try our best.

• We will not pay the postage and packaging on returned items. If you want a replacement, please contact us.

• Prior to payment your Item could take up to 4-17 days depending on stock on most soft items. We will notify you of any delays. We will also keep you up to date on your order. Please note Cheque could take considerably longer. When ordering a CE Custom Made, estimated delivery time will be stated via email.

• Your items may also come at separate times depending on stock.

• Please "Contact Us" using the link at the bottom of the site for a quote on international delivery and to place an international order.

• HCB terms and conditions will be sent out to the customer after the purchase of a HCB Bat.
